Good coffee and good Bagels, Drive thru is a bit difficult to get through tho

tried this place 3 times. once great next 2 ,visits stale bad quality never again

Usually okay and today is the last time I will probably be going. In the last 2 weeks and today being the 2nd day this week, they have gotten my order wrong or missing something. Never had issues before and I am sure they will use the excuse of COVID like everybody else. I ordered a Chai today and tasted like perfume. My bagel sandwich was wrong, they gave me wrong type of bagel and they have forgotten to put the shmear/cream cheese on it. This has happened 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Oh well, just not my week. :(

Pros: Bagels are delicious, staff is friendly, coffee is good.Cons: Drive-through service is SLOW. It's become something of a joke for us to have one car ahead of us and note that we only have ten more minutes to go in the line. Likely hyperbole, but it's a very noticeable issue.It's worth noting that in spite of the long wait, we still go here multiple times a week.

Brisket was super dry

Now an Einstein bagels . Wonderful as usual.

Slowest Einstein’s ever. Every single time, no matter what time of day.
