Was there on Saturday to pick up bagels for my staff at work. I was treated so badly that I ended up walking out and going elsewhere to get my bagels. This has never happened before there but the new staff have no clue what customer service is.

Service was great, food was delicious as always. I recommend their lattes as long as they don't serve it tapid because that was the case last time. Great seating arrangement, outdoor area is spacious enough for a breakfast fast food cafe.

Employees here don't have an idea of what customer service is all about, especially who I believe is the lady in charge. There are order numbers printed on the receipt which they don't use , when I asked if that was my order telling them my number the lady in charge screamed " there is not order numbers, you gotta know what you ordered" . I guess she really does not want to be working there... she is miserable.

Today I placed a HUGE order for my company, with specific order details, yet once I got my order filled and brought back for my Co-Workers, I found out that my ENTIRE order was incorrect. I ordered the GOURMET bagels but instead got the REGULAR bagels. There is a decent price difference between the two, and seeing how I did not receive what I asked for, I complained to the staff there only to be told THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT. No kind of sympathy or effort shown to reconcile this travesty. I would NOT recommend this location nor Einstein Bagel for the lack of customer service and lack of attention to detail. #EINSTEINDOBETTERBEBETTER

Incredibly unprofessional staff. As we were waiting in line with 5 other people for a good 10 minutes at this point, the staff were blatantly complaining about customers in front of customers and were arguing amongst themselves and threatening each other! This behavior should never be presented in front of a group of customers. When the couple in front of us asked who can take their order finally, the staff member with the long braids stated rudely stated that she will not assist until the rest of the people waiting for their order get theirs first. Three people working the counter and no one can take orders? We didn’t even order. Just walked out after seeing how this establishment is run. Do better.
