Messed up my whole order and when I tried to call up to get it fixed the phones were off the line … definitely recommend a different location especially because once I got my food remade it was still wrong!!! ‍♀️, don’t understand how hard it is to make a sandwich.

They don’t have all the original options but the service is great!

Good Bagle, busy place

This is the worst service that I have received, and a takeout facility in my adult life! My last visit I was informed I could not buy a dozen bagels because they were “close to selling out“ and I needed to call in to order 1 dozen bagels for takeout. The next time I went I called before I attempted to buy bagels, was placed on hold and after driving for 15 minutes arrived while still on hold. Spoke to Manager/Owner who Informed me that “Ali was going to do was say was “I’m sorry“ -there’s nothing else he could do and I was not getting any discount for inconvenience. He became very loud & rude, and then walked away. I will never take my business to this bagel store again if service is this bad from the top down!

I get my car cleaned and detailed on Sat in towncenter. I usually grab a bite to eat at one of the restaurants around there. I decided to go to this place and grab a bite to eat while I wait for my car to get cleaned! As I waited for my order I noticed a guy in a black walking around grabbing trash from one bin and throwing it in the other with his bare hands. He was with someone so I'm confused as to why the individual that was with him would not be watching him! Mentally challenged, disabled no excuses!!!!!!!
