This is for the gig workers never accept a large or catering order from these tip stealing clowns. I've done 3 separate catering orders and no tip on any of them. I've even delivered from different stores to some of the same customers and the tips were excellent. I don't understand why steal tips that aren't meant for you?

I go here at least one a week. I love their coffee. The bagels are fresh and delicious.

Super delicious, this time I went into the store and the person behind the counter was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm in total dismay. I used to patronize EBB several times a month for breakfast/lunch for my office. This was my first time I received unacceptable service from an EBB branch. I walk in and there's a gentleman waiting for his order. One young lady is behind the counter handling all online orders. I'm looking around to see which end of the counter I should order. The young lady doesn't acknowledge me for 4 minutes. I decide to exercise patience becauae she was swamped with online orders. I continue waiting and then after another 3 minutes. i then asked which counter should I order from? She was polite and stated another worker would take my order at the left side. Her co worker finally comes out and begins helping with online orders. Smh No acknowledgement from the 2nd lady. She turns around and says "you know what you getting" I proceed with my order and she makes my order rather quickly which was the only positive. The entire time I contemplated walking out but didn't have time to search for another location due to an appointment. The whole vibe in this place was off putting. I will definitely not be back. EBB in Ellicott city and Severna Park are A1. This location needs more training.

Have gone there hand full time 1st time the service was great and I was very impressed bagels were fresh cream cheese was enough on the bagel the drink was really good. Since then there has always been an issue bagels burned, not enough cream cheese inside. Bagels with toppings not really there nothing has been the same including drinks. Being told to get the bagel separate and tub of cream cheese separate since it’s cheaper and workers not willing to make bagels for the party waiting in the ride lol. Need to find another branch had enough.

We really liked the first time we went. The second time the meat was cold and was clumped up to one side of the bagel and the sandwich looked like they put a bomb in the bagel. They remade the sandwich and we paid for 2 eggs got only one egg. I said f it and said we won't come here again and they can keep the egg.
