3:30 in the afternoon she has no food was absolutely rude!! They close at 5pm I asked her to heat up a bagel from the fridge and she looked at me like I was asking her to run a marathon. Made me feel like I was a bother to her. I’m very nice to all service people and never complain but she was the rudest person I have ever had help me. I’m sorry that I’m at the hospital visiting a very sick person and I made you do some work. Will never com back to her again. Extremely disappointed in the service here.
Staff was clueless. Paid for my food waited for almost ten minutes. Asked where my food was and got a clueless look. System is broken here and staff just Dosn't seem to care. Also the microwaved sandwiches look disgusting. 🤢
I paid $3 for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese at the 6701 N. Charles Street location in Towson, which was ok. The problem was I waited more than 20 mins to get it and the cream cheese was spread so thin that it looked like butter. When I asked for additional cream cheese, I got a dirty look and was told it would cost extra. Then I asked if they could just add strawberry jelly and was told that would cost extra too. WTH! Lesson learned and I will never go there again. Back to Panera Bread for me. They know how to treat their customers and how to prepare a bagel.
This branch of Einstein Bros. Bagels is inside Greater Baltimore Medical Center. I had a schmear of onion and chive cream cheese on a toasted everything bagel. It was delicious. The place was clean and neat. The service was friendly and efficient. I recommend Einstein Brothers Bagels.
Worst services ever ! The food is over priced for one thing , secondly I ordered a large ice coffee w/ Carmel and sweet cream and a bagel with chicken salad . I received a burnt bagel with chicken salad onions lettuce tomatoes Messy as hell . The ice coffee was bitter because the supervisor added more milk instead of sweet cream . Like you don’t know the difference between the two ? ? Smh , wasted 12.00 on trash !

The customer service was great, food was hot and fresh. However, the website information is totally wrong. It gives the address of the emergency room, 6701 N Charles St, instead of 6565 N Charles St, at the main hospital lobby. The number in their website is wrong as we called it for more information about location because of the construction, and it was someones personal cell as they hung up on me and when I called back they said wrong number. Obviously, he has been getting these for a long time. The employee stated they didn't have a direct number, they only have an extension. She told me to call the hospital and they may connect me to them. Both Google and Einstein Bagels website were wrong.
0 stars. Would never eat from here again. Saw a worker pull her mask down, wipe under her nose, wipe around her mouth and grab her shoes; she then put on gloves and grabbed some tomatoes. I was waiting on the spicy chicken sandwich; which is the only thing that's good there. I told her, "You touched your mouth and nose and didn't wash your hands." The other worker said "I'm making your sandwhich." Ok. That's cool and all but she is still touching food that other ppl are going to eat. Do not eat here. Please. Disgusting and the customer service is bad.
I was there for my second visit! The food girl decided to be take everyone’s order that was in line! I was not ready since I do not often go so I mentioned I would need to look at the menu. She decided she no longer wanted to do her job and make my food and she put it on another coworker to do while that coworker was already making other customers orders. She was very rude and it was clear she did not want to be at work because she “didn’t have time” for her customers. She gives the company a bad name
I’ve been working at GBMC for a few months and every time I’m there they’re all out of what I want, and I get bad customer service. This place is so unprofessional, especially the blonde hair woman with the glasses, she really kills my vibe every time. I never receive a proper greeting from her & I always feel like I’m annoying her. A part of her job is to give good customer service that would make a customer want to return, this is never the case.
