Came in to order at 730 am. I got the silent treatment. Two white man in front of me got there orders in. I walk up to the cashier he walks off without saying a word. I was ignored, I was watching them walk by me with no response from no guys at all. Idk what’s up. Stop being racist that’s no news we are living in the new age. Of course I walked out.

This store is an embarrassment to the Einstein bros bagels name. They never have what you want in stock. The workerd do not want to be here working! Will not ever return to this location and quite possibly any other Einstein bagels locations!! If it's on the damn menu have it in stock for your consumers!!!

Food was perfect, coffee was great, service was fast. The reason for three stars is the music which was very loud and pounding. Not something I want to hear at 6:30 in the morning. So glad I had ordered ahead because hanging out in there waiting for my order would have given me a headache.

Way busy. Not enough help. Seems to be the story everywhere these days. Totally willing to be patient and wait. But! I did not get what I ordered. Wrong bagel. No smear. I carried it put so did not know till I was at the hotel eating.

Stood in front of counter without being greeted or acknowledged for a good 5 minutes while watching a worker looking down into her cell phone. She finally helped me after I asked her if I was standing in the right place. I asked for toasted bagel on my lox, etc. -- was barely toasted. Also, barely any ingredients for the over $11.00 cost (includes small coffee). Bathroom and cafe very dirty at not busy place mid morning.

Super awkward experience with the employees. Ordered food and the cashier wasn’t responsive and just nodded their head. Didn’t know if order was even correct and then the food came out burnt and sloppy.

Whipped cream cheese is half air, just so you know. Expensive tub of schmear
