If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke and I will never go back. The last several months things have progressively worsened and I have lost total faith in this place. The coffee is just good not great although at one point it used to be phenomenal. Lately everytime we go they are out of something. The sandwiches are not consistent. You probably wonder if its all bad, why continue going. Well the answer is that once upon a time I really loved this place. The food was good the experience was good the coffee was amazing and I wanted to give them a chance to get back to that. Its clear to me, that it will take major improvements to return to even good service and good food, let alone great! Visit at your own risk. Today my family and I stopped in to get a quick sandwich and coffee through the drive through. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we get to the mic to order, my husband asks for a farmhouse and they are out of bacon. We then have to think through the replacement sandwich so he continues with the remaining order while I scan the menu. My husband asks for a different sandwich, immediately after that a gentleman pops on the mic and tells my husband "hey boss we aren't supposed to be taking orders through the drive through right now, we are really backed up inside I'm really sorry, but you can come inside if you like". Let me lead with the fact that he was very apologetic. Thats THE ONLY good thing about the whole experience. So many questions. Why didnt the lady who was taking the order just simply say, "Sorry we have stopped drive through orders"? But more importantly if you aren't supposed to be taking orders through the drive through, then don't!!! We sat in line 20 minutes while they....took orders through the drive through 🤷🏾‍♀️. Next why begin taking our order if you aren't supposed to take our order? Furthermore, why take the order of the car AFTER our car? And No! We didnt have a large order we had literally asked for one sandwich when the gentleman interrupted and ended the order. Additionally, as stated above he asked us to come inside....but what difference does it make if im in the car or in the store, I'm still a patron that has to be served??? Especially if you then take the order of the car behind me? More questions......Why is there no sign out so patrons don't waste time in line only to be asked to get out of line and come inside or go pound sand, lol! What determined who was asked to come in and who wasnt? Its Sunday, you sell coffee, did you understaff?? I'm laughing because it's just food and we ended up at a great breakfast spot, didnt let the experience ruin our morning, but definitely disappointed that this is the state of my one-time favorite coffee shop. I just know that after years of patronizing this location I have no intention of returning. I would encourage you to consider other spots too! Even Starbucks is better, at this point!

I had a breakfast sandwich here for the first time and OMG😋😋that All nighter was everything! Definitely my new spot for breakfast and brunch!

I had my husband drive an hour from home to bring me here waited 40min got my order went home First off I was told I get a free cream cheese with 1/2 a dozen ok .Then I see on menu not so was only 9something for bagles only 11plus with the cheese.when I got home they did not give me the bagles I ordered so couldn't eat them cause weren't kind I liked.called next morning they said come in they would replace.well said not able to as my husband works and I live an hour away and am in a wheelchair.was told they could do nothing else for me but email me free bagles next time I come in.a week later am still waiting on email.lousy way to treat a customer especially a first time one

Breakfast sandwiches look nothing like the photos! They came out cold, soggy, thin sliced microwave bacon… disgusting. We also did not receive our whole order which left some of us without our food! I tried to call and complain but they just put me on hold. Horrible customer service. They don’t care.. as long as they get your money. I will never go back.

The Manager and the staff are always so friendly. The food is fresh. Go and visit them today.

20 years ago in brandon fl. when i would ask for a turkey bagel sandwich it was always excellent. But now? On N. Dale Mabry when I ask for a turkey bagel sandwich? it is disgusting. I use to love going to Einstein bagel stores, but now. Unfortunately I stay away from It now. Terrible sandwiches.

These begals are awesome. And staff are polite. I have egg intolerance and asked for no egg, didn't get my request so I had to take the egg off my begal. The attendee handed me my change (over the tip jar - while I was to the right of her computer so I was dumbfounded)

I flew in to town for a conference and found this bagel shop! Love this nova Lox bagel and they have an awesome Twice baked hash brown!
