Most definitely agree with comment from Dylan. You are going downhill. Took 4 others bagels I WAS AHEAD Of Them!!!! Bagel was awful NOT Toasted

This place is steadily going downhill. I highly recommend ordering in person vs mobile because mobile orders have been consistently incorrect. My last order I paid extra to have 2 eggs on a farmhouse sandwich and they gave me none. Also they didn’t toast the bagel??? Huge disappointment

I love this place they are so friendly 😊 the manager Maui and the assistant manager Ricky and all the other crew there are so sweet and polite can I ask for more

Bagel sandwiches are ok in a pinch. Best stick with bagels unadorned.

Horrible product, small flat bagel, not even really a bagel. Just sad.

The "All-nighter" sandwich on a sesame bagel was the ultimate hangover cure.

Customer service not that great. The coffee was really cold. I was in a hurry so I couldn't say anything. The bagels were supposed to be toasted and didn't seem toasted at all.

Unbelievably slow & incompetent....they just don't care
