I was so excited to find an Einstein's here in WA. In az they're all over and I love their bagels. Sadly, this one wasn't as good as back home. The bagel seemed old maybe and definitely over toasted. I got a breakfast sandwich and the eggs needed a little salt or something. The people were very nice and they did everything right... Just didn't seem like the bagels were very good, sadly.

Better than your typical Einstein’s Bagels! I was thrilled to find this place since I can only eat kosher food and this was one of the few eateries in the Seattle area that caters to kosher clientele. My guests ordered extra bagels because they were so good. I will happily return there on my next visit to Seattle!

I come here regularly. The bagels here are good, I will say. However, I’ve been here several times between 6-630am and they’re just randomly closed, that’s why the low rating. Many times I’ve stopped by for breakfast on my way to work and they’ve been closed when they should be open. Also, they got rid of the vanilla hazelnut brewed coffee. And the cold brew is consistently bad, very bitter. I asked if the orange juice was fresh squeezed, and she said yes so I got it. But when I read the nutrition label it was just Minute Maid from concentrate. The staff is fine but she can be a bit grumpy, though she seems friendly enough I suppose. The bagels are good but this is not a reliable place to get breakfast if you’re coming before 7.

Got the spinach/mushroom egg omelette on a bagel - delicious!!

I have nothing good to say to say about this location and that could be I just caught them on an off day, but it wasn’t the Einstein’s experience I’ve always known.

Shockingly inefficient operation. Two lines, an incredibly hard to read menu, and less-than impressive employee prioritization. This is by no means my first Einstein Bros, and I can definitively say that this is an underperforming operation. Regional manager seriously should do something about this.

Food is fresh and affordable

Bagel texture and flavors don't pop. Even toasted, they don't have any crunch. They couldn't figure out how to do a build-your-own bf sandwich. No seasoning on eggs or veggies in hot sandwiches. At this store you can't order online so why get the app? No lattes available and no turkey egg bf sandwiches. Very nice team there, though.
