As always the food is great! The service was outstanding. A slight error was made and they made sure to more than make up for it! Will absolutely go back.

I placed a large order of bagel sandwiches and pizza bagels. Chris was so helpful when I placed the order. He had everything ready to go when I arrived and placed in separate bags. Chris was super helpful!

There appears to be a regular lack of communication between the order desk and the food line. Yes, the lox sandwich was OK; but, once again, no capers translates to capers, and extra onions translates to no onions. Good grief! On another note, I understand the new model for take-out only, but the dirty carpet with no tables creates a grimy ambiance.

There's no tables. Or chairs inside also seems like a lot of people just standing around confused not sure where the line is. Good was good.

Friendly service, affordable prices, great deals and promotions. Convenient if you order online. Great destination in town, just ignore the fact that several people make a hot mess, debris everywhere thank you for the rudeness San Diego. Help us to keep clean the place. I love bagels from here. They are always fresh and tasty. Services is ok.

The only negative was there was not any indoor seat when I visited. There was outdoor seating but it was a little cold for me.
