My first time here and I thought it was pretty tasty. The coffee was delicious and I had the French toast Bagel which was tasty. I was rather surprised. I would come again. And by the way the cashier was very friendly and helpful.

Love Einstein Brothers Bagels, since before I moved to Texas. This is my 3rd time at this particular location, the food is never disappointing but the 3 times I've been there, the cleanliness of the place, it reminds me why I don't make the 30 minute drive more often.

I like the bagels and lemonade here a lot but we’ve noticed coming any time past 10am and most of the bagels are out of stock. It’s probably been over a year since a regular plain bagel was available.

I went in to order a turkey bagel sandwich but received a different order instead. When I got home, I tried calling the store to resolve the issue, but after 15 minutes on the phone, no one answered, even though there were 10 employees working, and it seemed no one knew how to answer the phone.

Big tasty bagels. Shmere's are fantastic (flavored cream cheese).

I usually make lox bagels and cream cheese at home for my wife and me, but today we decided that I would just go to over to the nearest bagel shop, this Einstein's and an order takeout. This is the first time I've been here in a long time. I was hoping for a better experience, but no luck. As soon as you walk in the door. The temperature of the place had to be 62° it was frigid. I got up to the counter and the person that took my order was was pretty abrasive, and barking orders to the staff. It was kind of loud in there, but only table had customers. My order was pretty simple. Two Lox, bagels, cream cheese sandwiches on a garlic bagel and a sesame bagel. I always order extra cream cheese, Lox, capers, and onions. I also ordered a medium coffee and at the coffee bar, they were running out of coffee, half and half. In the past the sandwiches were placed in a tray 1/2 on each side and then wrapped. This time the sandwiches were just thrown together wrapped put in a bag. You have the picture of the sandwiches. First and foremost, they gave us two plain Bagels instead of a sesame and a garlic bagel. There were barely eight pieces of onion and two of those pieces for close to being skin. No finesse in putting the sandwiches together. Anything extra costs money and the extra lox is $5 a pop for max 1-2oz meaning around $40-80 a pound or so? The Lox is nothing special. It comes out of a package just like anybody else could bye in H-E-B or Walmart. The tomatoes, to me, don't belong on a Lox sandwich. Overall, Einstein's actual Bagels are great, but it is just cheaper and more aesthetic to make the sandwiches at home.
