Einstein Bros. Bagels

The ONLY Einstein’s I will go to. They are friendly and nice and their bagels are made better than any of the others around

The pandemic ruined this store. It was my favorite bagel shop to go to. It seems like the store staff is always changing; sometimes the staff is extremely friendly and other times, when the staff gets renewed sometimes, they're egregiously rude. They mess up my orders a lot. They removed the seating, so now I can't sit and do my remote work or homework while enjoying coffee and a bagel. They got rid of Caribou coffee line, and whatever they're selling now tastes like generic disgusting Maxwell House coffee that corporate offices use in their break room/cafeteria (but this is not an issue with this location, Einstein Bagels just got rid of Caribou coffee as a whole for whatever reason). Because they removed all the seating the atmosphere of the coffee shop is not inviting anymore.

This chain does it right.

Ok, wow! Yeah, it's just another bagel place but a great example of the staff making a difference. Great culture, energetic atmosphere, staff was having fun, and it elevated the entire restaurant.

Best breakfast sandwich anywhere!!! Hands down!!

We got a take out order a few weeks ago and it had a few errors with it. I tried to call in a few times and nobody picked up. My wife and I just stopped in to place an order and had a horrible experience. I'm assuming that the girl who took our order was in a horrible mood but she took it out on us. We've had other iffy experiences there...there's just so many other options that are better (Panera Bread across the street) that I don't recommend this place.

Staff are direct yet kind. My type of peeps. Keep up all the great work
