Einstein Bros. Bagels

Everytime I come through the drive thru they always get something wrong. Unfortunately I don’t realize until I’m home. I decided to give myself a 6 month break from them. Guess what. Today I ordered my cheddar and bacon two egg. Paid and left. Well as usual people preparing food cannot read. One egg and a dollar short essentially. I guess I’ll just continue to prepare my own breakfasts.

Be careful with delivery orders. I ordered a Baker's Dozen Box with plain shmear and strawberry shmear as well as a couple of drinks. My order arrived, everything was sealed, the driver did great. BUT there was NO shmear! Neither the plain or the strawberry. I thought, "oh they must be having a busy morning, they missed it. Mistakes happen, not the end of the world." I called Einstein Bros Bagels and asked if I could run down there and pick up my missing items. I was told no. I was told they will not touch anything with doordash and I need to contact doordash. This was not a doordash issue, this was an employee missed something issue. I confirmed with the person on the phone that they were not going to help fix this issue even though I paid for the items and it was not a doordash issue. I understand that mistakes happen, but this could have been so easily resolved. Instead of ill feelings and a negative review, they could have fixed their mistake and allowed me to come pick up the missing 2 tubs of shmear. Instead I went to Walmart and got what I needed. FYI for anyone reading these reviews. After receiving the response from the company on this review, I did reach out as they suggested. I sent them a message on 11/13/2023, as of today 1/29/2024 I have not received a response. At this point, I don't care anymore, they've lost me as a customer. BUT when a company makes a public comment saying they would like to "turn your experience around" then they don't follow through, that looks pretty bad to me. In my opinion, not following through after a public comment should be added to the review.

I got Delivery and mine was great fresh and still warm. I understand all the bad reviews but ths is the First time i've ever ordered from here, me and my children loved it so much. We will order from here again. We did not have a bad experience. The only thing I could say is the strawberry pastry is not worth it. But the bagel breakfast was AMAZING

I have been coming here about 3 times a week for a few weeks. When ordering in the drive through, the workers cannot correctly type the order in, they cannot correctly give you your total, they cannot make the correct food and then they will also hand you incorrect food. The people that work the window have also given us different total amounts and ask for more money when you just give them the amount they asked for. I'm not at all impressed with this location. Update:Completed the survey online like company requested. The restaurant still does not get an order correct when we go. Update: Dec 2023, no change. Customer service still are awful. No longer a returnin customer.

Don’t go here! People are nice but the bagels are not fresh even early. Chain. And amazing bagel store across the street we went to the next day with fresh bagels and amazing coffee- super cute- Black Hills Bagels— trust me skip the chain and try the local it’s sooo good!
