I just walked out of this dump. I waited nearly 10 minutes to place my order and no one welcomed me in, spoke to me, offered me a wait time for ordering. Staff all looked miserable and not bothered. Poor poor establishment and I won't be using Einstein bagels ever again.

The very worst experience I've ever had at this location. The latest manager Michael Ina made my bagel horrible. There's literally no cream cheese on it and runny tomatoes. What a manager lol. I took it back and because I didn't like it and wanted it made over. She asked me not to come back to the store. I can't believe such rotten customer service. Nicest location in our neighborhood to go to where we can meet with friends. Now my friends don't want to go there anymore until she is gone. How can Einstein's allow this kind of behavior from someone they employ? I wish I could give ninety negative stars! Everything WAS usually fine. Another time she made my bagel with literally no cream cheese on it where you can see the bagel through the cream cheese. I wrote a bad review to Einstein's. The next time I came in and she gave me an extra cup (after a rude comment) to put on more cream cheese and wanted to charge me for it just to latter hover over me to write a positive review for her. But today unfortunately my last time, I was hoping she would be gone by now. She was yelling at an employee and even the maintenance man had to tell her to take it easy on the other young girl in front of everyone. Isn't there ANYONE else that you can get Einstein's? Such a nice location shouldn't be so hard up to put anyone in it. Common now.

Them bagels are absolutely the best I have had in a while. Their coffee is also good When paired with a bagel.

Thursday, July 20, 2023 I come to this location quite often. I always get good service. Bagels are always on point and the restaurant is always clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

My family and I love Einstein bagels but the fact that they messed up our order and caused me to have such a bad allergic reaction that I ended up in the hospital is absolutely horrible. The order wasn’t anything unordinary they could’ve easily double check the receipt just to make sure everything was done correctly. We ordered online for pick up expecting it to be ready by 11 AM since we had other appointments to get to our food wasn’t ready until almost 11:20 am. I paid extra for the bagel that I wanted and ended up getting the worst possible option which caused me to have an allergic reaction after only taking one bite. My husband sandwiches were incorrect as well. Thankfully nothing extreme happened to him but for my life to be put in danger to that extent is absolutely unacceptable. Make sure to double check your orders when you receive it especially if you’re allergic to anything on their menu.
