I came to pick up a Doordash order from this location for a person who ordered. I watched over 20 different people come in and get helped before I spoke up and asked about the order. They said they were making it. It was amazing to me to watch person after person, walk in, order, pay, get all of their food, even eat, and I was still waiting for a person's order. Not 'my order', though I was picking it up, and do get paid for delivery, this food was for someone else. 30 minutes later, they finally brought out my food after I went and looked at the screen and seen 25:02 in RED and counting ticket time and I spoke up about it. They had every excuse in the book except to shut up and finish the order. I was angry at how they did not care about the person at home who ordered their food and paid already. They threatened to remove me from picking up food from there again. That is alright with me and your 25+ minute ticket times. The workers there did not seem to have compassion on the person who ordered at home. Sad to see.

New menu item- breakfast burrito was pretty tasty & flavorful.👌🏼My usual fav is a lox bagel on whole wheat w/eggs on top. / Considering the area & in general- the bathroom could use some serious TLC, a deep cleaning & remodel! Looks pretty gnarly. Dirt & grim lodged in b/w the paper towel dispenser, the floors tile is so old & corroded its 3 different colors, all the fixtures are pretty old-school & outdated. The sinks caulking is pretty rough looking too. Otherwise, recent & previous encounters w/employees are nice. Coffee is strong and robust.💯

Hi price but delicious.

Never been to one before. Will never go again. I felt very unwelcome. I didn't know how they did things and the employees went out of their way to to make sure it was as difficult as possible.
