Einstein Bros. Bagels

I just stopped for a quick breakfast, and I wasn't disappointed! I loved my bagel; I had a perfect Nova Lox bagel! The right amount of cream cheese and salmon! I can't wait to return and try other ones!

I opened my ears and was able to receive the right order!

Good food and good staff. Pretzel bagel was a little salty. Brisket bagel was good.

Always prompt and courteous service; friendly staff. Excellent bagels and coffee.

Petra took my order, then a few minutes later called a name that I thought was mine, I asked her if it's it and she just handed me the order. I checked the bag and it wasn't mine. I told her this, then she loudly reprimanded me multiple times mocking me for not hearing the right name. "Why would you take the wrong order!?" "Next time you should LISTEN for your name" "LISTEN!" and she kept shaking her head at me. I told her I didn't touch the food and I said nothing else since I felt bad and embarrassed about it and I didn't want to cause more of a problem. However, she was the one who had taken my order a minute prior, she ought to have noticed it wasn't my order when she handed it to me regardless of my hearing problem. The onus is on the employee to make sure the right order goes out and then handle things respectfully and professionally while making things right in case of a mistake. This is clearly not what happened and her behavior is absolutely not how you treat customers nor how to handle a mistake. I won't be returning.
