The worst experience I ever had. I was there in the casher face and he ignored me like i wasn't even there. He talk to everyone in line but me. I'm waiting 10 minutes and he look at me then go check his phone than come back and start checking others out again. I don't know if he was racist or it was just poor customer service but I tell anyone to never go there if you have to experience this type of treatment!

12/13/2022 The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. The bagel was just okay and I didn't like the eggs or sauce. My daughter wasn't a fan of the chocolate chip bagel. We may just be spoiled from our recent trip to NYC but this didn't live up to my craving. I hate to say anything bad because the staff were really friendly to us, I thought they were excellent.

Great experience overall. Food was awesome and staff was friendly. They should consider extending the operating hours though
