Einstein Bros. Bagels

I had the 2 egg, bacon and cheese breakfast sandwich on an Asiago bagel. Absolutely Delicious!

My fam loves Einsteins but this place consistently gets our order wrong. It's not complicated. We tend to get 2-3 of the same bagel with cream cheese. Sometimes we ask for extra cream cheese, which we're charged for, and don't get it or it's on a different bagel than we ordered. Finally decided to write a review after experiencing this over several months.

Tasty food. Excellent food choices.

I ordered a sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese with a cup of coffee. I ordered on the app, and for some reason my coffee didn’t go through. It was a free promo coffee that they’ve been doing for a couple years now. This has happened to me before and they usually just give me the cup and don’t give me a hard time. Unfortunately at this location, the gentleman behind the counter came up to me while I was talking to the other two employees, interrupted, and almost demanded for them not to give me a cup. After some arguing, he finally gave me the cup, but it was completely unnecessary and low class. On top of that my bagel was not toasted but I just decided to leave because I didn’t want to deal with these people anymore. A horrible experience on your 30 minute lunch break. I wont be coming back to this location. What happened to customer service? Why are you employing aggressive men to work with people? Einstein must really want to get sued.

Food is good, But service is awful cashier's should have some kind of training, to learn the basics of Friendly costumer service... Isn't that basics of business...?

The only reason I'm giving 4 star is because how terrible the coffee has become at this place. I've been going to this place for the past 7 years. I used to love their coffee and the Farmhouse egg sandwich at this place. But from late 2022 their coffee got worse and worse...to the point that I dread getting coffee...the coffee tastes burnt, unbelievably bitter and nasty...

They're a bagel chain for a reason, they know how to make a good bagel and coffee. Simple menu, bagel centered with a few tasty baked goods available. Maybe it's me, but the bagels seem to be just a little smaller and a lot more expensive. I guess I'll get thinner as my wallet does too!
