Einstein bagels MIA... ordered the hangover bagel. Service was slow, food was cold and unappealing when I opened it. The idea is great, but delivery needs improvement

Bagel trays are placed on top of trash bins when preparing. Employees grabbing bagels without gloves . Employee got fired for going to the bathroom and throwing up. Then ask’s the manager if he can eat something since he feels bad just so she can cut him off and fire him . It’s safe to say they found a way to ruin the beauty of bagels
