Einstein Bros. Bagels

2 employees working and only served bagels and cream cheese. Extremely slow service

Ordered online, order was 10 minutes after promised time, missing tomato, and bagel was burnt.

First time here! I placed my order over the Phone for pick up. My office is always looking For new places. Beyond the food being Excellent and fresh, our server was very accommodating and gave me extra love. Kudos to Tamara for her outstanding service. This place was awesome. I had a two hour Wait while having my car repaired. Food was great and plenty of it ! Service was spot on and friendly with Plenty of coffee refills. The place was cute And clean.The bathrooms spotless! Vegetarian options: Huevos rancheros divorcios with over easy eggs. Dietary restrictions: Wait for a waitress wasn't long but wait for The food was a bit much

average einesteins. with a line it took about 15 minutes from ordering to get my stuff. about the average wait for airport food in my experience.

Absolute worst service!!! My son has a food allergy and these workers did not seem to care. We informed them multiple times when ordering and then again confirmed when picking up the sandwhich. A young man confirmed it was ok. Then upon getting to our gate, we discovered it had cheese. I went back to let the young lady that gave it to us that it was not correct. She said it was, so I had to show her. Then she said "so you don't want the sandwhich"? I said of course not, he can't eat it! She then took the sandwhich and threw it away. Then turned and went to walk away. I said hold on, I need our sandwhich. She said "you didn't want it" to which I had to reply because it was wrong, I need a new one. They literally huffed and went to a worker had them put a new bagel with cold egg and bacon and threw them on and gave me the sandwhich. Did not even bother to heat it up. Horrible staff and workers that either don't care or are poor workers. Either way, shouldn't be working in customer service.

One of the worst experiences I have with is airport location. First, we waited nearly 30 minutes to get one bagel and when asked for a cup of hot water with our own cup, they not only charge but give you only half cup. Bagel was burnt coming out. Staff just have poor attitudes.

The staff wasn't very friendly and they were out of almost everything.

Employees were nice, bad on the company for having only 1 person to make all the food at peak-breakfast time

The saltiest thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. I seriously didn’t think it was possible to make bacon, egg and cheese taste bad but they managed it!
