Einstein Bros. Bagels

What I seen in the picture and what I received. Two different things. I paid full price and got hoodwinked. Where's the meat. In the picture the meat is hanging off the side and this is what I get. Y'all need to do better.

Very friendly to take our order and explained how to order catering boxes. Polite, courteous and happy to serve. Bagels perfectly toasted and great schmears. Clean dining room.Thank you!

Had it two mornings in a row. Two different states/locations. Both were just as good. Got the all-nighter. Wish we had some more in Massachusetts Vegetarian options: I know there are options. Check it out online Dietary restrictions: Def many options. Parking: Even if this parking lot is busy. Most businesses have a quick turnaround. Should find parking Kid-friendliness: Great spot for the kiddos. So many treats there for them Wheelchair accessibility: This location is on ground level. Shouldn't be an issue

Good bagels but the experience is ruined by the older gentleman at the register. He is not very nice to say the least and needs to learn how to provide a nice level of service to customers. My wife does not even want to go back in based on having to deal with him.

I absolutely love their specialty bagels! Try the French toast with the strawberry cream cheese schmear it will change your morning for the better!

Great place, staff is very friendly, patient, and helpful. Egg sandwich is the best. Coffee/drink/ front counters were wiped down 3 times while we were there. Tables cleaned after people left. Thanks you.

AWFUL SERVICE! My husband and I have been going to this location since before the pandemic and it was a great breakfast spot with a great crew. The last few months they have really gone downhill and I suspect they have a new manager. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, got home, and the bagel wasn't toasted. I asked for almond milk for my coffee and was told "we don't have almond milk", which is a blatant lie because I've been using their almond milk for 4+ years. Then another time when I asked for almond milk they wanted to charge me $1. Again, I've never been charged for almond milk in 4+ years. The manager herself is clearly unhappy to be there and doesn't smile, half of the staff don't smile, they don't welcome you when you walk in, let you stand at the register for minutes before even acknowledging you, and my bagel never has the same amount of schmear from one day to the next. This store is just bad in every aspect. Go to the store on Sahara & Fort Apache, they're top-notch and the complete opposite of this one.
