Einstein Bros. Bagels

Do not stop here on your way to a job have to get to on time. I waited way too long just to order and then waited some more at the window.

Terrible location! Poor quality product, rude and unprofessional service. Don't waste your time or money. Go to the location three blocks south (120 Wadsworth) for a much better experience!

Today I took my mom here to get breakfast before work. We weren't acknowledged for about 5 minutes or so but we understood they were kind of busy. When the blonde girl came to the register to ask us if we been helped she had an attitude. We Lso noticed she was still wearing the gloves she was using to make people's food. While taking our order she was touching her headset and hair. After completing our order (not proving a reciept) we watched her start making our order with the same gloves on. I was completely grossed out. That my mom asked the lady to change her gloves. She rolled her eyes took off the gloves put new ones on without washing her hands. The instead of throwing the food away she touched. She completed our order and served us the food she was preparing before she changed her gloves. She also didn't make my sandwich correctly. $30 went down the trash because of the service and the disgusting intent to serve us "your headset. Your hair, your POS system. And attitude. I am a regular here but I no longer will be. Because I am absolutely disgusted that someone is okay with just serving and treating people like that. I'd ask for a refund, but I called the store and was hung up on, because they r to busy.

I woke up this morning craving a delicious bagel with lots of cream cheese. I thought to myself “Where can I get a delicious bagel with lots of cream cheese?” I decided to take a visit to Einsteins. The bagel I received did NOT in fact have a lot of cream cheese. I am a God fearing man, however NOW I’m an Einsteins fearing man! What an abomination my bagel turned out to be. I am typing this from a place of love. I love your shmears and all I wanted was to enjoy and appreciate them. Do better and maybe I will come back. But for now I am stopping by my local 7/11 for some off brand cream cheese.

I ordered 2 brisket bagels got 2 plain bagels instead went back he tried giving them to me after sitting there for 40 minutes I asked him if I can get them made fresh he had attitude about it but remade them and still made them wrong ! Ridiculous if that was the case I would of just asked for a refund

The cream cheese we got on 3 farmhouses was absolutely LOADED with salt. Completely inedible, unless you want salt poisoning. I assumed it came pre made? Somewhere someone was disgruntled or something, because that salt was absolutely insane.
