To have to wait 35 minutes for one bagel and one breakfast burrito is not a good time. The place wasn’t busy to the degree that warranted that kind of wait. Ironic because you’d think getting bagels would be a quicker option.
I just left this establishment and clearly everyone there is miserable. No one smiles or cares about your order. It’s sad. Please get better management, train and take care of your employees.

Went there this afternoon...the young lady at the Register was HORRIBLE. Needs a DRAMATIC CUSTOMER SERVICE adjustment. Send her to ChicFila for training...they appeared to have figured out. If you do not want to be there...go the hell home!!!
