We ordered 2 Plain Bagels with Strawberry Cream Cheese. Tasted like Onions. They didn't have anything like the review pictures (no fruity pebbles bagel, for example.) So don't rely on those. As others have said, ordering is messed up. I walked in and didn't know where to order. (Order far right, pay far left.) The cashier then addressed the person that walked in behind me, as if I didn't even exist.

This used to be a great place for bagels. Since the pandemic, their quality has gone down a notch. We ordered the bagel box deal and the server was acting like she was doing us a favor. Got home and the bagels were not as fresh as they should have been. We couldn't return them, as we had guests and needed to have these to serve them. We toasted them and they were passable.

Always fast and friendly service, clean place and efficient employees. Love the Lachs bagels with capers and onions, sooooo good!

A very sublime experience and very mindful, nice staff as well.
