Never had a bad experiences here at Einsteins, but today a lightskin girl with a black septum piercing who took my order was really nice and has great customer service!

We have visited this location several times for pickup orders, placed online. Usually things go fine but this time was not great. We tried to place the order online ahead of time like we usually do for a scheduled pickup. However the app placed the order to be ready as soon as possible, and we raced to go get it. We are almost an hour away so the food and coffee drinks sat getting cold for an hour. We tried to call the location multiple times but no one picked up. We tried to update the order online but there was no record of the order. No record in the app, in my account, and no confirmation email. When we got there the employees did not care that no one had answered the phone (they just shrugged) and that the food had been just sitting there for presumably an hour. No one seemed phased we had no receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we will try not to return.

Food is amazing !!! Staff is very friendly, kind and patient. Definitely will be returning.

I love the bagels here but I can't complain enough about how horrible the crafted drinks are! Pure sugar! So sweet it'll make you sick to your stomach!

The bagels I did get were good but they forgot one in my order. Being 25 minutes away didn't give me the chance to go back and get a refund. This was my first visit there and it was unpleasant.

Good food and friendly service...disappointed there is no indoor seating

4/5 rating due to a few dings: There is a Coke Freestyle machine, but it only has Coke and Diet Coke available- less than most regular pop machines. I made a special trip because there isn't a location near me and was looking forward to the tomazza bagel, but that wasn't available anymore. Maybe Einstein will bring it back someday. Other than those small issues, it's a clean and friendly store and the bagel selection has lots of variety. The bagels here are always delicious. Recommend a visit if you're in the area!

Waited to get my order taken and pay when no one was behind the counter except for one dude making sandwiches. Was told at the register the girl couldn't take my order I would have to wait somewhere to her left to have someone show up to do that. No seating available inside. No crowd control devices to control the flow of customer traffic. No signs saying "order here" and "pay here". No customer service. Wouldn't know if the food is good because I left after that wait and interaction to go to an establishment that was willing to take my order and let me pay them for food.
