Team was great and helpful. Especially the manager Todd who offered a dairy free menu for my kid. Hard to find places with employees who care nowadays and this one does.
They don’t understand the order we placed nor the pricing of the items. Staff are really bad with taking orders.
I love bagels but I will not be returning to this store again. This is not the first time either. The blonde lady in her 50's that you guys have working drive thru in the morning obviously does not enjoy her job there. She is rude, can't get the order right and takes extremely long. She never smiles or says hello and when asked for her name she refuses to provide it. Ive called the store before but you guys never seem to return a call or an email. Is that really who you want representing you in the mornings?
Disgusting. Has einstein given up on making decent bagles? I wouldn't spend 3$ for this yet it cost me 9.
A little over-priced, but fresh, fast and delicious.
Something wrong with the avocado and the green chili bagel.. I go to EBB every weekend and never had this experience before
One of the weirdest Einstein's I've been to. The vibe inside wasn't cheery, welcoming nor happy. No one greeted me with "Welcome to Einstein's, or Good Morning" or anything similar. It took a while for any of the 4 employees to acknowledge my presence. The man, who I guess was the manager, was talking, but he had a headset on, so I thought he was taking drive through orders, but he was asking to help me. Though service was fast, none of the 3 teenagers/young adults seemed happy. And it was dark in there! No in-store dining is available, dining area is cordoned off and chairs are upside-down on top of tables.I guess I'm used to busy city center Einstein's that are bustling with customers, bright and cheery - here most is drive thru business.
