This is our most convenient breakfast spot, but we are routinely disappointed. Orders are consistently late and often times cold if the breakfast order is meant to be hot. The drive-through is routinely backed up and slow moving. Management should be reassessed to ensure they are properly training their staff and leading well. We like their food, but it’s more miss than hit.

Do not go here. Staff will let you sit in driveway 30 minutes and tell you they are closed when they finally answer speaker. With 4 cars in the drive behind me. In today's times, I would think you would want all the business you can get. McDonalds is next door and they value their customers. At least better than this place.

I have always gotten delicious egg sandwich bagels here. I love being able to change up which kind of bagel it's on. The coffee is good too. I just wish they were open til 2 like many of the others are.

Food is good, but they're pretty bad in the drive through. If you are allowing people to order ahead, then people who order in line should move to a parking space to wait. Having a pick-up order ready but trapping the person in line for 30 min doesn't make sense.

Found a hair on my bagel today….it was white or gray & seemed to come from a dog…I have neither….so in the trash it went…outside of the hair I asked for my bagel to be double toasted & it wasn’t. The hash browns at this location are always served room temperature——look & taste undercooked…especially when compared to the Alliance & TCU locations who prepares them correctly. I just moved to this area & I’ve been disappointed both times visiting this location.
