Einstein Bros. Bagels

Extremely rude person. She wouldn’t answer questions or change the bread. I ordered double eggs and she only gave me one egg. Absolutely terrible!!!!

I’d rate 5 Stars but there was some kind of issue with the drive thru. We were in the drive thru no less than 20 min. Should’ve walked in. But bagel was good!

New management drop-off in service quality and friendliness. Too bad. Was my favorite, but will go a little further to Yogi's for my bagels.

Terrible food. I’m from Austin and this has to be the worst Einstein food I’m have received. I came here three times and each time has been terrible. Owner needs to fix this because the food is disgusting

UPDATE: The auto response from the company below shows that there is no follow up or follow through. I copied the review to the home office at the address they put in the response and have heard nothing. Top to bottom this company is bad news. It is really quite comical.... :) Entire staff is rude and nasty! As a neighboring business we have used this location many times over the years. NEVER AGAIN. Had to get a duplicate receipt to balance a company credit card and each person including the manager acted like they had no interest! Not one person greeted me. The staff were very short and they seemed angry. The manager was just as bad and it took him 20 minutes to give me the receipt. When he did, he was downright mean. There are plenty of food choices on Bryant Irvin Road. Choose another! There are reviews about cleanliness and hygiene issues recently so think twice before choosing this location.
