Very pathetic service for delivery partners, purposely delay making delivery orders as if they are doing favor for us. They make drivthru and in-store orders first even of those orders are placed after delivery order. Staff expect delivery drivers to just stop complaining fo legit reason and wait long unfairly. I'm disappointed with this kind of behavior from the staff.

Their bagels are amazing but their coffee is the worst. Like really terrible… I have gone here a couple times hoping it will get better but every time it is the worst coffee I have ever tasted. They burn it and hand it to you with a smile as if it is fine.
Maybe I was over excited for what this place was. I figured it would be a delicious alternative to Starbucks. They had no cars in the drive through vs the packed line at the Starbucks which also enticed me. Needless to say I was disappointed. I got overpriced, greasy bagels and subpar coffee. It was nearly $30 for 2 bagels and 2 coffees so there was no price savings compared to Starbucks too. Also the bagels were rushed and when I asked if they could make a burrito (from the menu) without egg (as I am allergic) I was told that they have a pre-made mix for all their burritos and could not. The previous time we tried them their credit card reader for the drive thru was down and it took 2 reboots at 3 minutes a time before they just ran my card indoors. This time we used cash to avoid that problem. All together this location if not this company is overrated. Will pass from now on.
Felt very discriminated! I am brown and i clearly saw how rude the staff was to me vs to the other people ( obviously white) , while placing the order the lady wasn’t answering my questions . Never going their again! Thats not how you treat your customer….
If you can't reach the credit card machine they won't bother to help you. They have it sealed in their window & can't bring it closer to you & won't touch your cards. I could not reach the machine & no one would help me. Employees advice was to back down in the drive thru & try to get closer to the window. Which i couldn't b/c cars behind me. I was already pretty close but still couldn't reach it. After going back & forth i felt pretty humilated so i just drove off and went to Starbucks where i had no issues. I did call and speak with the manager who just kept defending his employees and reiterating policy which wasn't helpful to me. I'm not the bad guy bc I couldn't reach the credit card machine. I'm a dedicated customer who was treated careless. I made time to stop to have breakfast here. I could go anywhere but I chose Einstein Bagels. I also filed my complaint on their website but I never heard back from anyone
First timer . Staffs were very nice and helpful. I was interested in something different with my bagel. I’m big on “ spinach “ so you know this particular bagel made 🤗 my day
