Einstein Bros. Bagels

Pésimo servicio , atención al cliente y sobre todo amabilidad en este local. La mayoría de los trabajadores son apáticos y muy poco amables. Muy decepcionante

The staff is always so nice and the bagels are very fresh! My new favorite breakfast place to go!

New to the area. My first experience was ok. Drive thru service was quick since I was the only one in line, the turkey sausage sandwich was hot. Upon the second time coming through, I decided to use the mobile app to order and didn’t know I couldn’t select a time for pick up. I ordered my food before I left so it sat for at least an hour, one of these items being a smoothie. When I arrived, it obviously was watered down and more like juice than a smoothie. I asked if they could remake it and next time I know to order closer to pick up and they refused. Terrible customer service for a new customer. Coming back to edit that my bagel also had a hair in the cream cheese that isn’t pictured.

Never open. Not sure if hours are inaccurate online but I’ve been around lunchtime on four separate occasions during the week when no one is there. There’s never been a sign to indicate why they are randomly closed, either. It’s good when it’s open, though!

My wife and I were getting our vehicle serviced at the Tesla Dealer and decided to go to Einstein Bros. Bagels for breakfast. So we walked from the dealership, which is about .3 of a mile. Got to the door and they were closed due to no employees, but the drive thru was open. We walked up to the window to order and they would not take our order because we had to be in a car. We told them our car was in service therefore we didn't have a car, they responded by saying "its there company policy not to serve anyone that walks up to the window." That was going to be our first time going to that place, but probably was the last time.
