My friends and I love the sandwiches here especially the Albuquerque Turkey, Spicy Chicken Bacon and the Pepperoni Chicken. The drinks are delicious - the have a small selection of drinks but highly customizable. I took the 1 star for myself

I eat lunch here all the time and the afternoon staff is amazing.Always fast, no issues or errors. I'm a student worker so it's nice to be able to run downstairs and get a bite and then go back to work.

It's the only Einstein's in Fort Wayne. Never get the chai spice. It's almost sour. The caramel macchiato is okay. It's located in the basement of Kettler hall so it's hard to get to unless you're a student at PFW. The bagel sandwich is okay. I think studying at walb is less dreary than the basement. If you have class in Kettler, it makes sense then

The cashier Jess was very pleasant, professional and detailed. I received good service from him. The young lady that was preparing the food was very unprofessional I would mention her name in the review but she didn’t have on her name tag or an apron like the other staff members. In the process of Jess taking my order she was very loud and rude. She was yelling at him as if there weren’t any customers around. I would’ve rated this location with 5 stars but the young lady took 3 of those stars away by her rude and unprofessional behavior that she displayed in front of customers. I hope my next experience there is better. I’ve never experienced this at Starbucks on this campus. To end on a positive note I’d like to mention that my breakfast sandwich was good and the coffee was deliciously prepared.
