Save your money and go to Big apple bagels instead,Not only do they never have the bagels they advertise the service is HORRIBLE. Cashiers have the most HORRIBLE attitudes. When you call the store you will never get an answer. They should not be working serving food if they hate this job. I don’t understand how this location is still open,every time I go I have an unpleasant experience. I’d give 0 stars if I could!

not sure how many stars to give since I didn't get to eat but I think your Google page has the wrong hours. it says this place closes at 3pm so I get there a little after 1:30 and everything was closed and the workers re-opened the grab n go in case we wanted something but said they can't prepare anything. just disappointed after having to drive 20 minutes since I was craving a bagel and chose Einstein rather than big apple bagel, now I gotta drive another 20 minutes to the nearest big apple bagel. not the workers fault but fix your hours online so this doesn't happen to others

First visit but it was very good. Fast service and friendly staff.

I ordered vanilla cold brew coffee and a bacon egg cheddar bagel. The vanilla cold brew coffee tasted like pure syrup. It was disgusting. The bagel was hardly toasted, still cold and the cheese unmelted. The staff didn't seem too enthusiastic about their job. Wasted my ten dollars never coming back.
