This is in regards to catering/delivery. This is the 2nd time I've had a delivery with missing items. I currently have 100 people at an event with coffee and bagels with no coffee cups and no creamer. I've tried calling the store for over 30 minutes and I can't reach anyone to send out the missing items.

The bagel sandwich was good. The staff is friendly. The hash brown thing was an inedible goo ball; and they overcharged me for the “upgrade to a meal”. So a five on the sandwich and staff attitude. Zero on the “upgrade” option—-> 2

I stopped by last Sunday morning and was very happy I did. Outstanding customer service -polite, helpful and staff seemed to be very happy working here. Selection, freshness and taste of the bagels were far better than other bagel shops I have tried. I will be returning here often.

Great bagel selection. Busy but moves by fast. They also carry some pastries like cinnamon rolls, muffins and stuff like that!

If you’re not ordering the pizza bagel ... you’re missing out on total food crack. Food for the soul.
