Einstein Bros. Bagels

Bomb coffee, employee discounts, whole 9 yards.

Everything Bagel was stale. Everything else was good. I took one bit and threw it away. Orange juice was good.

The bagels were clearly at least a day old - very dry, and I was there at 7:30am!

Wrong order every time. Wrong bagel, wrong drink, wrong sandwich contents. Bagel wasn’t even toasted. Check your order before you walk away and they won’t reimburse any cost differences.

Extremely underwhelming experience. They were out of both ham and bacon for breakfast and the bagles are significantly smaller than what you would get st other locations outside the airport. I also ordered extra cream cheese (over $2) and did not get it on my bagle. If youre looking for a breakfast sandwich, you're better off going to McDonalds.

Food was good despite the fact it was not the bagel I ordered.

Day old bagels. Cold breakfast sandwich. Don't waste your time in the line

I ordered a caramel macchiato extra caramel with almond milk. I saw her pump 3 times and pore 2% milk. I said, "You pumped 3 times." She said, "No. I pumped 4." I said, "What kind of milk did you use?" She said, "2%." I told her I ordered almond. It was on the slip. The cashier yells out, "I read it back to you." Ma'am, I saw what the employee wrote. Nowhere on that slip stated 2%. The cashier then yelled out that it would cost $1.59 extra because I wasn't charged. Guess what? Now, I don't want it. The only good thing about this location is at least they have the menus out.
