Einstein Bros. Bagels

Ordered at 9:45am. 10:30 am and I am still waiting for the order.

Been in twice for avocado toast. Second time I even said "avocado toast, toasted." They didn't toast. 2 boxes of homogenous room temperature mush. Better places for breakfast in walking distance.

When ordering i asked for my bagel to be toasted i was still served a bit toasted bagel. While ordering i was also asked did i want whip on top of my shake i said yes and was still served a shake with no whip! These employees don’t listen!

Why did I paid $8 for this

1. When placing my order, the girl with the gauge earings had a hard time hearing me. She had ear buds in both ears. It was frustrating talking to someone who couldnt hear me and it was because they had ear buds in both ears. She was constantly saying "huh?" or "what was that?" when speaking to customers. Take the plugs out of your ears when taking orders! 2. The atmosphere here was awful. When walking in, it looked like they were going out of business. No chairs, minimal tables, it was if they didnt want you to dine in. The soda machine had two flavors unavailable because... "we are only serving our most popular flavors" With that and the look of the place, it speaks 'we cant afford to keep those two flavors in the machine' 3. The bagel did not look appetizing, it looked like it had been squished and someone pressed their hand on the top to flatten it.
