This is probably the worst locations of Einstein Bros. The service was terrible. There were only 2 people (1 taking the order and the other one making it). The one making the order was extremely slow and was piling up orders and not giving it to waiting customers. He seemed very confused and lethargic. He also got the order wrong.
Airport food with good service
Bagels were hard and service slow
We came through this morning, and the front cashier was helping a group of people who had a language barrier. She was doing great, but it was obviously taking longer and the line was growing pretty quickly. The cashier had called back to an employee named Alex and asked for help ringing up orders for a second. Alex didn't respond, and just stared at her for a few minutes. The cashier asked again for help, and Alex verbally, in front of the whole line of guests, refused to help her. I can't imagine having to work with him on a daily basis. He wasn't doing anything else, he was just standing on the line chatting with another employee.
Awful place. They need to train their employees. The garden avocado bagel was not carefully made.
I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. While waiting for my order along with several other customers, an employee called out 5 order numbers. All the people rushed up to the counter and grabbed "their" orders. I got to the counter and mine was gone, and no other order was left. I showed the employee my receipt and he promptly re-did my order. My plane started to board so I placed my order in my carry-on. By the time I got to my seat on my plane, I got my bagel out of my bag. There was no cream cheese. Not only did the employee not verify people's orders at pick up, but then he messed up my replacement order.
I don’t expect much from an airport food stall, but take the extra 5 min to walk somewhere else. They don’t prepare your food in order (so many people ordered after me and got their food before me). Also, my toasted bagel was more along the lines of a microwaved bagel. Soft and warm…do not recommend
Literally nuked my bagel so it’s so hard and rubbery I can’t even eat it. What a joke. Tip; you don’t nuke bread bc it becomes like rubber you can even bite into.
Very bad customer service and very expensive for the low quality of food…, $18 for a cheese and egg breakfast bagel and coffee.
