They have been out of egg all 3 times I have visited. Waited 10 minutes for drip coffee after the two employees both thought the other was going to make it. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because worker apologized and resolved the issue, albeit after 10mins.
I always get a nova lox which is ~$9-10. here it was $18
Hey guys. I get it. You work hourly and you don’t care. But man it shows. You have the wrong order to someone. They obviously handled it and saw it wasn’t what they ordered. Then you take it back. Take bacon off and put in a box instead of a bag and hand it to me? Less than ideal customer service.
Good bagel, the All Nighter
Got in line to order around 6:20pm, plenty of bagels left. Waited in line just to get to the register and was then told that i could return at 7 pm and that the customer they took in front of me was the last for now. I have a flight to catch and politely explain i just wanted to order one bagel, which was right there inside the glass. Still turned away. No, i cant come back as 7, im to be on a plane, this is an airport.
It was a younger girl and this felt very personal, and unprofessional. She took one look at my grandma and I and decided to not serve us, this is how it came across. Very disappointed. & to be clear, this is the first review i have ever done. -1 star if possible.
Huge Einstein fan here and I will never stop at dfw terminal E again , awful service , they can throw your cold bagel in a bag with a tiny bit of cream cheese and then ask you to wait again in line to get it right because they know you cant/wont . Scam
HORRIBLE and RUDE customer service. STALE bagels. DISGUSTING coffee. Wrong orders. AVOID the Einsteins at terminal E at all costs.
I got an everything bagel here and it was extremely stale and tasted awful. The customer service was also practically non existent.
