Einstein Bros. Bagels

had been coming to this location recently as it was the closest to my place 8 miles. Enjoy the food very much but the service has become HORRIBLE. Very unfriendly workers who never greet you or say thank you. One of the workers was to insist on charging me $1.00 to spread a small amount of butter on half my bagel. I told her and the manager that its ridiculous to charge that. Well that whole thing has turned into the workers calling me aggressive. I went in today and one of the workers purposely held my order that was bagged and ready and I see it sitting on the counter and nobody giving it to me. I told her why is my order just sitting there and her response was 'i have other orders im working on." Other workers are doing NOTHING and could have easliy gave my order but did nothing. Her response to me the customer "you always seem to have something wrong with your order" CAN YOU BELIEVE THE DISRESPECT. The manager made it out to be my fault. Einstein has lost a regular paying customer for good.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is always an affordable option if you want a tasty bagel. I ordered the french toast bagel with cinnamon almond cream cheese, which is a sweet-on-sweet bagel. I love this bagel in particular because you can taste the egginess just like in French toast. There were plenty of places to sit, but the restaurant was pretty busy for a Sunday morning. There was a bathroom and it was pretty clean.

I wish I still had an Einstein bros where I live. The cashier was so nice to me. Exceeded my expectations.

Lazy prep- this was chorizo burrito, also no salsa available. Charge for plain cream cheese/ butter on a plain bagel. Just go to starbucks or donut place on the other side of grocery store.

Dry, boring and uninspired bagel with scant amounts of cream cheese. Wasn’t worth the calories.

Customer service is always great and everyone is always happy. Anytime I have come into the store.

Just disgusting. They made changes to their brisket sandwich which the manager shared and now the meat is gray. The sandwich is just gross and even disgusting to look at.

Bagels are fresh,and the service is good

11am and someone is already in a bad mood when I order. If you don't like your job then quit because I don't enjoy spending my money while having to deal with a bad attitude and unhappy face. Hint: woman with long highlighted hair ‍♀️
