I have ordered online from this place three times since moving to the area and every time something has been wrong with my order. Every time this has happened I have tried to call the store or get a refund for my missing items and have never gotten an answer. Does this place just not answer the phone?? I have never ordered during peak hours and it’s never been busy when I have walked into pick up my order. So why is it that no one answers?? My wife and I have also had issues with the online ordering system. It is impossible to customize items from online. I want a sandwich that’s dry, without a nasty spread on it that every item seems to have to have. It seems impossible to order it any other way. The online system sucks.. big time. It’s a shame that this place is the only fast casual restaurant that serves breakfast foods after 10:30 in the morning. I gave them three tries and unfortunately, I don’t know if they will get another chance.

Best einstein bagel ever

Food was amazing, Store was horribly unclean but it also looked understaffed.

We love their bagels. To be honest, we didn't even realize this location was so close to us. Service was great, coffee was good, everything was good! Now that we know this location is a hop, skip and jump away this will be our go to for bagels.
