The food is good! The experience is bad. I am someone who likes to sit and sip my coffee in comfort, reading a book or journaling between bites of bagel. So Einsteins is not the place for me anymore. The fact that the dining room is still closed in 2023 indicates they are exclusively a take-away bagel place now. Which would be fine if they had a drive through window. Since there’s no drive through, it’s annoyingly inconvenient and the customer experience does not seem valued by management. I have a tiny child with me. This means to get a yummy bagel I have to take her out of the car seat, wait around in a closed dining room without access to a table for her to sit at and play, then immediately put her back in the car. There’s no changing table in the bathroom either. Not a good experience for a mom with a baby or for someone who wants a cafe experience or to eat in a comfortable or leisurely way. This is for people who are in a rush and will eat the bagel in the car. For this reason management should consider adding a drive through window to make the pick up service more convenient.

This location does not answer phones when calling about orders. When arriving to pick up order staff said they were too busy to answer calls and were unapologetic about their website taking my cc

It's time to open the dining room. Stop with the covid excuse! The dining room is full of people standing around waiting for their order. Let us sit down!

Nice staff in Colorado Springs.They applied a digital coupon to my order manually - cool. They were nice even at last minute of being open.
