0/5 stars- The people who work here are incredibly rude and nasty. I will never give this location my business and will make sure to tell others of their abhorrent lack of customer service. Making fun of a customer over a simple question is just gross.
Staff is impolite and it seems very chaotic. When they were out of cream, the employee on the register practically yanked the carafe out of my hand just to place it on the counter directly next to me, before handing me their carton of half and half, which I questioned for health reasons. Luckily, Another employee with curly hair in a bun ran over while exclaiming to her that she can't hand out half and half "because we don't know the last time someone washed their hands". Didn't "pour it all over my hand". I would have been grateful if his tone wasn't so rude and patronizing. I felt confused and like a burden the entire 20 minutes it took them
To get my order. The layout also makes it difficult to know where the line is supposed to go and where you wait for food. I felt uncomfortable in here for multiple reasons. Then I received my bagel.... not worth an almost 30 minute wait.
First off, the ticket that had my order was on the counter for some reason, and not where anybody could clearly see it, so I had to wait an extra ten minutes after 15 minutes of waiting. I ordered my bagel ahead of time on their website specifically to skip the wait in line since I had to drop my kid off at school. She was late because I was waiting for so long. I was also late to work and my clients were asking me where I was. All for a bagel.
Some mornings it gets really busy, but they're always so fast
0/5 Male employee with curly hair in a bun who said he was the manager was the single rudest employee I had ever encountered. He screamed at another customer ahead of us who wanted to place a second order and he had very very rude responses to two other customers. We were all appalled. Another customer who has been to this location on other occasions commented that this employee is always very rude. We will try to contact the franchise owner.
Tell ur workers to smile they’re so mean like i’m anxious already about ordering when they’re busy and it’s just a sad cycle. it was just the girl talking orders everyone actually preparing food was super nice
