Very rude white lady at the counter was yelling at us not to eat in the store instead of just asking us. We had not idea who she was talking to and she told us to get out of her store. She actually told us to get out of her store and “fck off”… who talks to customers that way? She needs to be dismissed. Clearly she doesn’t own it but it’s shameful to have rude, nasty bottom feeders as employees. Will never shop at that location again.

For a chain, they do a great a job. Been there a few times this week for a bagel and coffee. Very friendly staff, the bagel was fresh, well toasted and the cream was spread nicely. Honestly can’t complain. I had the everything bagel and it was seasoned very well.

Apparently they are supposed to open at 6 AM, but many times, including today the doors are locked still at 630am. There are several people inside, but no one seems too concerned about waiting customers.

It's Einstein Bagels. Just another part of a big chain. They do a good job at this location, the staff is friendly and efficient. My go-to is the Nova Lox, and they make a pretty good one

Nice people, great bagels

I’m curious as to why the dining room is still closed we’re 2 and a half years removed from Covid and this location was not short staffed. After spending 30 plus dollars we were told to leave from some very rude staff. I have been to many Einstein bros and I was treated the worst by far at this location

Consistent experiences here. They have everything in stock most of the time. Sometimes they are out of some bagels. Nothing unusual. Good food and service
