I visit them on June 20, 2022 for the second time and they are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered with I stood in line for at least 10 minutes and still no one help me for someone who has a sight impairment they are not friendly to those who have a disability when I ask them about the length of time to be served one of the customer service women had an attitude that was not ok at all

We came in here at noon, the place is a mess. We had to clean off our own table. Food didn’t look or taste how it should. Would not eat here again

All good all the time. Fast and friendly service. Fresh ingredients. Try the lemonade!

We came in this morning, April 23, around 830 and got a couple of wonderfully made dirty chai tea lattes and bagels as well. The best part though, and the reason we will be returning, is because of the extremely friendly and welcoming staff this morning. I have rarely, if ever, experienced customer service this way. We checked out at spoke with a nice man and also chatted with a couple of friendly women working behind the counter. I wish I would have caught their names. This is definitely my and my girlfriends new favorite Saturday morning spot.

We came to the Einstein’s Bagel this morning on 800 Peachtree Street NE in Midtown, Atlanta and had THE BEST experience ever! The customer service made us feel right at home. The manager and the rest of the staff were so sweet and welcoming. We also loved our drinks and bagels!😀

I wish I could leave 0 stars . I went in and waited 10 minutes. The associates looked at me and continued you smoking . All I wanted was my tasty turkey . 😡 Had to go all the way to the on 14th street. They also had an online order waiting to be filled.

Very nice for breakfast!

Bagels and service was great. The lady at the till was so funny. Go for the bagels, leave with a chuckle!
