Poor service. They don’t even toast the bagels or put enough cream cheese. Just because it’s a on campus doesn’t mean service should be the bare minimum.
What I saw was not even close to what I got. Took forever to get order as well.
This location needs to figure out a better way to call out peoples’ orders. I suggest with ticket NUMBERS instead of NAMES because someone took my order. It happened to another person too. That’s how orders get mixed up. The workers seem to not care and have no sense of urgency either. I don’t know who was the manager before but they need to get them back because customer service is horrible this semester. The food is also very inconsistent. The last few times I went, my bagel had some unknown watery “sauce” instead of the usual schmear. I was hesitant to eat it. I could’ve gotten a heads up if they were out. Won’t be going there again.
Scammers! They charged my card with multiple transactions for 2 items. I ordered coffee and a cheese pizza bagel. They charged my card more than once and when confronted they blamed it on Chase and said they hadn't charged at all and that their registors log out automatically at 3 pm.
