I had their brisket bagel & it was excellent!

I had the most wonderful drive thru experience just now I had to rave about it!! I actually (up till this point) avoided this brand as the one in Dallas permanently ruined that for me. I have an odd request but one that is very simple and price is never even a contention for me. I want an everything bagel. With butter. And smoked salmon... THATS IT.. And was told at the DALLAS location that was impossible. The sweet young lady HERE that took my drive thru order could hear my hesitation in asking and just was so gracious in asking me exactly how I want it so they could do it to my liking. It was perfect and I am one happy camper! 😊 I will be going to this E.B.B mainly because of that experience with that kind young lady!! Thank you!!

Incorrect order this morning. Missing items, wrong bagel on sandwich. Unable to get anyone to answer the phone to request refund. Sucks. This use to be a great location.

By far the Best bagels in town, bar none. Their very popular at my job, everyone enjoys a good fresh bagel.

What in the world is going on here. Einstein come save this place wow

Used a brand new credit card here for the first and only time and within 2 weeks later that card was hit with 5 fraudulent charges. (The card has never left my possession.) I think they have an employee or data security problem.

Einstein is great, this is one of the supreme one's. Friendly service, great coffee and great food. I've been to other Einsteins recently and this place makes their supreme breakfast sandwiches (like the chorizo sunrise) with care and love. This location is my first and only choice.
