Do not order a Frappuccino here... ordered one and got a hot coffee. Verified it was a Frappuccino and the drive thru woman said yes.. told her it was suppose to be cold, she took it back added ice and gave it back to me. At this point I was running late to work ans did not have time to correct her again. Next time, going to Starbucks. Also asked for a plain bagel and got a jalopeno bagel.

This place has come up...I probably haven't been here in 2-3 years, mostly from a bad experience back then. But I got great service and a great product. Lots of smear on the bagel and the Nova lox was made "the right way", IYKYK. The new GM Carlos has turned this place around in the last 9 months, so please don't sleep on it if you have been like me.

Hot in the store. Sticky floor 3 fountain drinks not working Food was definitely mid. No flavors $17 dollars for a bagel with a slice of turkey & paper bacon is wild.

This place is not clean. I stop by here all the time and go by the drive-thru. Today was different; I had some time and decided to dine-in. I'm glad that I did, now I know I will never eat here again. The check out counter was filthy and sticky as were the tables and chairs. The display where the bagles are located looked as though it has not been cleaned in years with staining and finger prints all over the glass. I looked up at the ceiling and the tiles appeared to be dirty as well as the air ducts need to be cleaned. I'm not kidding you these chains are making record profits and they pay the workers such meager wages. The inside of these places should be spotless and clean with the latest upgrades. It's clear whoever owns this location has not put any money into it. It's rundown and needs to be deep cleaned. The plush seats are all cracked. The checkout screen to tap your card was taped and dusty. When you see dust! That means no cleaning has occurred in a long time. Will not be going back and recommend to everyone to start walking into these places to assess for cleanliness.

I know I went in at about 5:30 5:40 in the morning, but being ignored by almost every person in there, not to say that one or two people did not have the common courtesy of saying good morning, but the lady I walked past filling up someone's coffee decanter, totally ignored me and just kind of stared at me and then looked away when I said good morning to her. Very rude. Secondly I literally stood there for almost 10 minutes staring at the menu and looking at the bagels waiting for someone to come up and ask me what product or items I would like to select and nothing. As I turn and walk away I'm asked are you ready to order sir, well of course I was ready to order but I continued walking out and just left. I totally get your busy and trying to get things working but if you're not there early enough to have everything ready to rock and roll, then perhaps you need to adjust your hours. Because what we have is p155 pour management and servers. You're in a customer service field, you need to be on top of that. When someone comes in, give them maybe 60 seconds to kind of look over the menu real quick, then ask him if they're ready to order or if they have any questions at minimum. Because I came in there to buy a couple of dozen bagels, and also to find out If gluten-free bagels were available at this location. If so I was going to take some home to my wife for a nice surprise given that she has a limited diet thanks to celiac. Definitely will not be going back to this location as a customer. And hopefully the company I work for is not stupid enough to order from this particular location. Anyway, on my way to a donut shop to get a couple of dozen donuts and sausage rolls for the people at work. Too bad, everyone brags about Einstein bagels, and I don't see the allure.
