Great cheesecake Parking: Impossible

Le cheesecake, c'est une histoire de goûts et de couleurs. Certains les aiment compacts, d'autres les aiment aériens. Certains les aiment avec des graham crackers, d'autres avec des spéculos...Celui-ci est bien crémeux, les crackers sont bien imbibés, on perçoit bien la fraîcheur du cream cheese et l'équilibre avec le sucre est juste parfait. La texture est épaisse sans être trop lourde, ça colle juste ce qu'il faut en bouche : présent mais pas trop, régressif au possible. Un cheesecake franchement difficile à battre dans la catégorie, même si à mon goût personnel... il manque un petit zeste de citron râpé dans la recette de l'appareil, qui amène une pointe de fraîcheur et d'acidité toujours très agréable. Miam miam quand même !

Tasty, but expensive. Came here after watching several YT videos about this place - I had to know what the hype was about. I was a bit sticker shocked to see that a mini-cheesecake was $6 EACH. We decided to get the two classic and popular ones - the salted caramel and the strawberry. Both were good however, I would say that the strawberry was the better of the two for sure. The cheesecake itself is pretty light and fluffy (relative to other cheesecakes), and the strawberry sauce was delicious. The salted caramel one felt more like a brulee cheesecake to me - it was good, but just not exactly the flavor I was expecting. Overall, a solid place that I would recommend trying once. Not sure if the price is worth making this a staple.

Let’s start with the professional, attentive service from the two employees handling the onslaught of orders from a non stop flow of customers on Saturday 4/13/24. Pleasant disposition, friendly and welcoming demeanor. Well done. Now, onto the main event, the cheesecake. I asked for a 10” cheesecake with half strawberries and half blueberries topping. I had asked my mother what flavor she wanted for her birthday, and she couldn’t decide between the two. Eileen’s Special Cheesecake was happy to make it! The box itself is very sturdy and protects the cheesecake perfectly. Upon the cheesecake’s reveal at my mother’s birthday gathering, a number of oohs and ahhs filled the room. An utterly beautiful cheesecake, and the incredible taste and texture matched my elevated expectations! Fluffy, elegant, and perfectly sweetened is the best way to describe it. Our family has always loved cheesecake, and according to my family, this was the best they have ever had! Thank you Eileen’s Special Cheesecake!

I never eat cheesecake so I can't compare but the strawberry one I tried was really good, and I like the small portion sizes they offer!

Really yummy cheesecakes!! I personally preferred the mango one to the Oreo one.

Cheese cake is amazing and the front of house staff are ever so friendly, this is a must visit!
