Aside from how truly delicious these cookies are, the owner, Karly, is an outstanding person to work with! I ordered a very large corporate order from Eileen's that had some snafus on my end. She was very professional. flexible, and understanding. The whole team is very kind and personable as well. I would highly recommend Eileen's and will likely order again in the future. THANK YOU!!!

Today was my first visit. Any unfortunately, my last. I really wanted to love these cookies and just couldn’t. They were super soft which is why I gave them two stars. I tried a couple different flavors and the all had an overwhelming taste of flour. Yuck. The employees were super nice! Sorry but I just don’t want to eat cookies that have a strong after taste of flour. Especially with how much they cost. Super bummed.

Best cookies ever! And super affordable! :) These are my absolute fav. This shop is from Hastings, NE and my family always used to buy cookies for all of our celebrations. It's a good memory for me and I'm so glad there's a location here in Denver.
