Ive been twice now and it's excruciatingly loud for no reason at all, but really nice for a hotel bar. Wife likes it for the pictures. Service is absolutely awful. You have to grab a table and have one person go up and get your drinks or you'll wait 40 minutes on the waitstaff. Strangely, they seem to bring the food faster than the drinks... the place was pretty crazy busy and only had 1.5 servers. The half was a younger guy who obviously cared none at all and left the lady who actually did her job to do all the work. Decent labor is almost impossible to find these days.

Me & 4 friends went to hear a guest DJ this past Saturday night around 10:30pm. The wait for drinks at the bar was the longest I have ever experienced anywhere in recent memory. There were plenty of employees/bartenders behind the bar but it was a 30min wait just to get the attention of a bartender. I finally was able to place a drink order after waiting 25-30min. The venue wasn't even crowded. Nobody behind the bar would make eye contact with me or my friends while we were waiting to place our drink orders. The way they were working was like they had a crowd of 300 when there were maybe 50 people in the bar area. I gave up and decided to order a drink from the table we were sitting. After a SOLID 30 minutes I went to the bar and flagged down someone (which I hate doing) and told him I need to close my tab and that I never got my second drink. My friends visiting from California loved the atmosphere but were also shocked by the length of time it took to get served. I would like to know if everyone quit and these were all new hires who had never bartended before or was there another large function in a closed room they were having serve as well. Such a great vibe, too bad

Good. Local beer. But the music was too loud. And the room was too cold so we went up and outside by the train track table area.
