The food was outstanding as was Elena and her staff. So kind and warm and well prepared and professional. The tacos and homemade salsas are so wonderful and delicious. I have used this business twice now and will continue to do so for future events as they have continued to provide an above and beyond catering experience. Thank you Elena!!

Elena & Ehijole Tacos are one of the best catering companies I have ever worked with. The food is always phenomenal (THE GUAC!!!), Elena is setup and ready to go on time, every time. Seriously, book your next catering event through Ehijole Taco's you won't be disappointed!
