Another exceptional breakfast from Eggsquisite and our server, Juan took great care of us! Delicious! Service was great and we were impressed with the quality of our food. We tried the Chorizo eggs Benedict, Banana nut pancakes and a Denver omlet.

Our waitress Emily was awesome!!! Food was also really good!

I always enjoy eating here. This is the first time I’ve encountered a slightly grump server. My first thought was she wasn’t a morning person. She wasn’t very pleasant until it came time to lay the bill and get a tip. She then explained she was really tired and wanted to go home but was told she was the best server they had so she had to stay. I wasn’t convinced. Any way, I love the bright, clean atmosphere. The food is delicious no matter what you order. This is a go to place.

Clean eestau, friendly staff. I ordered the Migas with a side of French toast. The portion of the serving was generous. The scrambled eggs were moist and soft, and had the right ratio of peppers and cheese to the eggs. The hash browns were also fresh and crispy, and thankfully, they weren't too oily. It's a nice place for breakfast or brunch.
