Eggs Up has supplanted the yellow and black waffle shack as my go to breakfast joint. Better food, better service, but still have to wait on the weekends for a table.

I was told my call in order would take 15 mins I got there 25 mins later and was told my order wasn’t ready yet even though I could see a to go order packaged. But I proceeded to wait 20 more minutes before having to ask the hostess to check on my order again for me. Just for the hostess to go get and hand me the very same order that was already ready to go when I first got there….
