Fast, Friendly, and Fantastic! We really enjoyed our breakfast.
I really, really wanted this to be a great brunch. I was looking forward to spending time with my Mom. We spent time together, for sure, as it seemed our order was forgotten and that was after the long time it took to get our order in. The food was pretty bad; it was bulk ordered generic cafeteria food that is plated to look okay, but the hashbrowns and home fries weren't cooked through and the food was almost entirely cold, indicating that it was indeed forgotten then thrown in a microwave to be quickly reheated, but not thoroughly enough to make up for the already undercooked food. The reheating led to the eggs being over cooked. You could easily go buy better quality bulk pre-made everything and some eggs at Costco, or even Walmart, and just make these plates at home. Would they be as nice? Possibly not, but you'll get properly cooked food that won't give you and your dining companions diarrhea. The servers were polite but seemed scattered and spent a lot of time talking to a group on the other side of the room and each other more than paying attention to the food. The look of the place isn't bad, but I think The Hungry Moose is more inviting by comparison. It definitely makes it clear you're in an overpriced diner. The atmosphere over at Garden Street Cafe may not be as fancy, but they'll at least cook your food thoroughly. Parking is about as difficult there as here ironically. And though I think they tried because it's a new building, I can't imagine getting a wheelchair or even a walker through this place. You'd probably be asked to sit outside because there's no way to navigate around the table layout. Overall, disappointing, especially for the exorbitant prices.
A decent local place (family owned). But was a bit disappointed with the flavors. The banana Nutella pancakes were decent but the skillet Omelet was not good, lacked flavor. The coffee was bad and I could not finish it. But the place was super busy on a Saturday morning. Be ready to wait for 15-30 minutes.
Love the food!! I will be back for breakfast!!
Very good food and service! Definitely recommend!
Not Eggcellent, my son and I both felt ill after we had breakfast. The avocado was brown and the fruit wasn’t fresh, eggs were not cooked as ordered. Service was good. I was hoping to really like this place. Sorry to say I won’t be back.
Hidden gem!!! They have the fastest service with great quality EVERY TIME! Whether you want breakfast or lunch, their menu doesn’t disappoint. My go to it the French Connection. 🤤 Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid friendly options. Parking: Plenty of spots. The main entrance is behind the building. Wheelchair accessibility: They had wheelchair access.
My wife & I are at Eggcellent twice a week for breakfast. The food is always outstanding, the staff is amazing! My favorite is the veggie goat skillet! Tim & his staff are excellent! 😃
