First time to Egg Works in a long time. The food was really good but surprised at the cost. Our bill was $46. I ordered the bacon and avocado omelet, and my husband ordered the Sunrise Mountain (open faced croissant with eggs, sausage, and cheese). He thought it should have more sausage but tasted good. The portions are good a generous size. The potatoes with their Diablo seasoning were really good. He had a carafe of coffee, and I had a raspberry iced tea. Our server was Alma, and she was very sweet and efficient. Not too crowded for 11am on a Monday but started to pick up as we were leaving. They have outdoor seating too, but this is literally just along the building with the parking lot right there. The atmosphere inside was pretty good, and the little train going around the ceiling of the restaurant was cool. Overall, it was a good experience, but just expect to pay $15-$20 per person for breakfast.
Great food and excellent service!!
